From a builder, not a deck.

Tech Consultancy.

Architecture audits, AI adoption strategy, team enablement. I've sat in your steering meetings and I also write the migration at 2am.

Most consultants give you a deck. I give you a working solution. After 10+ years of enterprise delivery — architecture design, vendor selection, team structuring, migration planning — I've seen what advice looks like when nobody has to implement it. My consultancy is different: I stay involved until the thing works.

What we deliver

Architecture Audit

I read your code, your infrastructure, and your team structure — then tell you what will break before it does. No assumptions, no generic frameworks.

AI Adoption Strategy

Where does AI create real leverage in your stack and workflows? Where is it hype? I've built 50+ AI products and know the difference.

Team Enablement

Workshops, code reviews, pairing sessions. I transfer patterns and judgment, not just recommendations.

Technical Due Diligence

For investors, acquirers, or boards who need an honest assessment of a team's technical reality — not a checkbox audit.

Why us

Builder First, Advisor Second

I've built the things I advise on. Architecture decisions land differently when the person making them also has to implement them.

Enterprise + Startup Range

I've advised enterprise transformation programs and early-stage startups on their first tech hire. The problems are different; the judgment framework is the same.

No Conflicts of Interest

I don't resell software, take vendor referral fees, or have preferred implementation partners. My recommendations are based on what's right for your situation.

FAQ

What does a tech consultancy engagement look like?

Typically 2–4 weeks of focused work: a discovery phase (reviewing codebase, architecture, team, and goals), an analysis phase (identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities), and a delivery phase (recommendations, prioritized roadmap, and optionally implementation support). Most engagements end with a working output, not just a slide deck.

Is your consultancy remote or on-site?

Primarily remote, with structured async communication and scheduled calls. For complex transformation programs or team enablement work that requires sustained presence, on-site or hybrid arrangements are available.

What industries do you consult in?

SaaS, fintech, regulated commerce (cannabis, alcohol, pharma), and professional services. The technical challenges translate across industries; the compliance requirements and risk tolerances differ, and I've worked across all of these.
